@chancetherapper just explained the introduction to my book “The Black God Trope” in his recent podcast interview with #RoryAndMal. Of course he is not paraphrasing my work, but we’re both drawing inspiration from similar sources to create art that tells OUR story.

The song he’s talking about is titled, “Letters,” and it functions as his Pauline letter to specific contemporary churches within the body of Christ. Give it a listen.🎧
